How to Custom Insulated Water Bottle with

Your Own Design?

STEP1: Send inquiry to us

Choose products from our website or catalog, send us the item No. or image, and your detail requirements such as: quantity, color, logo, package.

STEP 2: Sign Non-disclose Agreement

If you want to develop custom insulated water bottle or tumbler mug that relative with confidential information, we can sign NDA with you before we discuss detail.

STEP 3: Send your custom design

Custom shape: 3D file in step/stp/igs or 2D in dwg/pdf 

Custom color: Pantone no. or color sample

Custom logo: artwork in .ai or .eps format

Custom package: artwork in .ai or .eps format

STEP 4: Custom design analysis

Our sales or engineer team will check your detail requirement or custom design, and analysis whether the design is workable, and the best solution. Then we will provide suggestion or mock-up image for your reference.

STEP 5: Quotation for your project

We quote prices / set up charge / tooling cost according to the final confirmed design. Meanwhile we advise the time schedule for sample, tooling and mass production for your water bottle / tumbler mug project.

STEP 6: Sample prepare & confirm

We will go ahead to prepare samples for you further evaluation. Regular sample lead time: 3days; Custom color or logo samples: 7-14days; Custom shape samples: 30-50days including molding time.

STEP 7: Mass order & Production

After sample being confirmed, we go into formal mass order procedure. We will start mass production as soon as receiving your deposit payment. For ready mold products, the mass production lead time is 20-35days.

STEP 8: Final inspection

Our QC team conduct internal inspection for the goods. And we will send you brief report and photos of mass products. We also accept 3rd party inspection as per client’s requirement.

STEP 9: Payment & shipment

After receiving final payment, we can go ahead to book shipment with your forwarder. We will take care whole flow of shipping and shipment document according to your request.
