Custom logo 24 oz vacuum sealed thermal drink water bottles with chug lid

Hono is a custom insulated water bottle manufacturer and vacuum flask supplier based in Zhejiang, China, with more than a decade of experience in thermalware. We build our reputation on three commitments: reliable quality, responsive service, and genuine technical expertise in vacuum insulation. Whether you need private label tumblers, OEM vacuum flasks, or a full ODM development project, our team supports you from concept through mass production. Send your inquiry and we will show you how we can satisfy your requirements.

Material choice determines whether a drinkware order passes customs and retailer audits — so we specify every component rather than leaving it to chance.

The inner wall is 304 (18/8) food-grade stainless steel, the grade intended for direct contact with drinking water; 316 stainless steel is available for applications needing higher corrosion resistance. The outer wall can be specified in either 304 or 201 stainless steel — both are structurally sound, and the choice is yours depending on your target price point and how the product will be used. Plastic parts are moulded from 100% virgin plastic material, never regrind or recycled feedstock, and all silicone seals are food-contact grade.

These choices are backed by third-party testing rather than self-declaration, which is why our bottles satisfy major-market compliance requirements. If you need a specific steel grade combination, tell us your requirement and we will quote against it.

Heat retention capability is a key function for stainless steel insulated water bottles or mugs. We test vacuum performance 3 times for every piece of our water bottles and mugs during whole manufacturing process.

We always engaged in improving the heat retention performance at clients’ demand: a copper-plated inner wall, vacuum insulation, an airgetter to maintain the vacuum over time, and either sand-blasting or electro-polishing depending on the finish you specify.

For buyers, this means predictable performance in the field — fewer returns, fewer complaints, and a product that behaves the way your packaging promises.

Compliance is not a claim we make — it is documentation we provide. Hono drinkware is tested and certified against the standards that govern food-contact products in the markets you sell into:
· FDA (US) — food-contact material compliance for the American market
· LFGB (Germany) — including sensory testing, which FDA reports do not cover; a valid LFGB
report is required for EU and German retail
· EN 12546-1 (EU) — the European standard for vacuum-insulated containers, covering thermal
performance and construction
· REACH (EU) — chemical substance compliance, relevant to coatings, inks and plastics
Copies of the relevant test reports are available on request, and we can arrange lot-specific testing through third-party laboratories such as SGS for large orders. Importers should note that FDA and LFGB are not interchangeable: they cover different test methods and different markets.

Retail packaging:

We can offer below retail packaging for you:

· White box — plain, lowest cost, suitable when you add your own labels or bundle the product into a gift set
· Colour box — printed with your artwork, the standard choice for retail and e-commerce
· Custom printed box — fully custom structure and print, made to order
· Gift box — rigid box formats for premium and corporate gifting programmes
· Retail-ready packaging — hang tags and display cartons, supplied to order

If you are selling on Amazon or another marketplace, tell us the FNSKU and we will apply labels and poly-bag or shrink-wrap to your marketplace requirements.

Quality Assurance

Every shipment is inspected before it leaves the factory — not sampled at random, but checked against the approved sample and specification for that order.

Inspection covers appearance and finish, print and coating adhesion, lid and straw function, and leak testing on assembled units. Where the order is large or the destination market is strict, we can arrange third-party pre-shipment inspection through a nominated agency, with AQL levels and sampling plans agreed before production starts.

The point for buyers is straightforward: the goods that arrive match the sample that was approved.

DDP Shipping & FBA Delivery

We can handle DDP shipping — Delivered Duty Paid — meaning the goods arrive at your named destination with duty and customs clearance handled on our side. For buyers who would rather not manage import formalities, this removes most of the administrative burden and makes landed cost easier to forecast.

For sellers on Amazon, we deliver directly to FBA warehouses and apply the labels and packaging your marketplace requires. We can also arrange delivery to a third-party warehouse, a co-packer, or a retail distribution centre.

If you prefer to ship on your own account under FOB or CIF terms, we work that way too — tell us your preferred trade term and destination port.
