The inner wall is 304 (18/8) food-grade stainless steel, the grade intended for direct contact with drinking water; 316 stainless steel is available for applications needing higher corrosion resistance. The outer wall can be specified in either 304 or 201 stainless steel — both are structurally sound, and the choice is yours depending on your target price point and how the product will be used. Plastic parts are moulded from 100% virgin plastic material, never regrind or recycled feedstock, and all silicone seals are food-contact grade.

Heat retention capability is a key function for stainless steel insulated water bottles or mugs. We test vacuum performance 3 times for every piece of our water bottles and mugs during whole manufacturing process.

We always engaged in improving the heat retention performance at clients’ demand: a copper-plated inner wall, vacuum insulation, an airgetter to maintain the vacuum over time, and either sand-blasting or electro-polishing depending on the finish you specify.

· LFGB (Germany) — including sensory testing, which FDA reports do not cover; a valid LFGB
report is required for EU and German retail
· EN 12546-1 (EU) — the European standard for vacuum-insulated containers, covering thermal
performance and construction
· REACH (EU) — chemical substance compliance, relevant to coatings, inks and plastics
Copies of the relevant test reports are available on request, and we can arrange lot-specific testing through third-party laboratories such as SGS for large orders. Importers should note that FDA and LFGB are not interchangeable: they cover different test methods and different markets.

Where the order is large or the destination market is strict, we can arrange third-party pre-shipment inspection through a nominated agency, with AQL levels and sampling plans agreed before production starts.

DDP Shipping & FBA Delivery

We can handle DDP shipping — Delivered Duty Paid — meaning the goods arrive at your named destination with duty and customs clearance handled on our side. For buyers who would rather not manage import formalities, this removes most of the administrative burden and makes landed cost easier to forecast.

For sellers on Amazon, we deliver directly to FBA warehouses and apply the labels and packaging your marketplace requires. We can also arrange delivery to a third-party warehouse, a co-packer, or a retail distribution centre.
